This was just a strong match for a weekend trip in Venice with very good value for money. The courtyard was lovely, but I got bitten by mosquitoes while sitting there. Bring some bug spray if you want to enjoy the outdoor space.

missingWrote a review on Sept 28great locationquiet terracecramped bathrooms
The location is fantastic, with key sites just a brief stroll away, making it easy to explore the heart of the city. The terrace offers a nice touch for breakfast or a quiet moment away from the hustle, perfectly suited for unwinding after a day on the go.
The bathrooms felt cramped for four people sharing. definitely not designed for comfort during peak usage. The walls were surprisingly thin, so you can easily catch snippets of nearby conversations and personal moments, which might not be everyone's cup of tea. On top of that, the wait for breakfast can become a hassle, especially during busy hours when it seemed like half the hotel decided to show up at once. A bit of a squeeze and a dash of chaos during meals might wear out your patience.

great location but minor noise issues
The hotel’s location is fantastic, a short stroll to major attractions. The charming family room had lovely furnishings, which added a luxurious feel. Breakfast offered delicious homemade options, especially the breads and granola, which I enjoyed every morning. The garden view from my room was a delightful bonus, offering a peaceful escape from the bustling streets outside.
Occasional street noise was noticeable at night.

We enjoyed our stay at this charming, family-run hotel. The staff were exceptional, making us feel right at home. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from major sights. Plus, the fountain to refill our water bottles was a lovely touch for our family with kiddie.
In my wife’s opinion, extra pillows would have been great for comfort.
